LEASE PROSPECTING AND ACQUISITIONS:
We Provide Due Diligence regarding historical oil/gas production around the lease. This provides us an idea of what one can expect from a given studied location. We Provide land lease negotiations, Title searches, Mineral right searches.
We custom prepare, file, and record land lease contracts in the local court house.
When searching and evaluating an oil/gas lease, Commonwealth Energy Group looks at three points of Criteria:
1.) Hit and Miss ratio Of all drilling attempts in a prospective area.
2.) Daily production Of existing wells in prospect area.
3.) Well Longevity "The lifespan of economical production" from a well or group of wells.
**Only when all three points of criteria meets or exceeds Investment economics, do we proceed with landowner negotiations and proceed with a drilling, or secondary recovery project. This is how we cut the risk of a "dry hole" considerably.
